Cancellation and refund policy:

To assure a space in this course, payment should be made as soon as possible as classes fill up quickly. Payment must be received the Friday prior to course start date.

Please email us at succeed@cikata.com as soon as possible about any changes, program substitutions, or cancellations. If course changes are requested, we will move your funds to the desired course. If requesting a change to a lower tier course or if cancellation is desired, the following refund schedule applies.

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs greater than 30 calendar days of course start date.

  • 75% refund if cancellation occurs between 30 and 21 calendar days of course start date.

  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 20 and 14 calendar days of course start date.

  • 25% refund if cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 calendar days of course start date.

  • No refund if cancellation occurs within 7 calendar days of course start date.
